Biography: Harvey Robbins is a practicing psychologist, business consultant, trainer, and author specializing in teams and organizational behavior, with clients such as 3M and Honeywell. He lives in Minnetonka, Minn., with his family.

Michael Finley is a syndicated business and technology columnist. He and coauthor Harvey Robbins received the [1995] Financial Times/Booz-Allen and Hamilton Global Business Book Award for their previous book Why Teams Don't Work. The two also collaborated on Why Change Doesn't Work. Mr. Finley lives in St. Paul, Minn., with his family.
