Biography: Shiv S. Mathur, PhD (London), teaches at City University Business School, London, where he was founder director of the Centre for the Study of Financial Institutions. A former corporate planner, he writes, teaches and consults in the fields of marketing, business strategy and international business. He previously taught at the London Business School, as a faculty member.
Alfred Kenyon, MA (Oxon), FCA, FCT, after a career as a financial manager and corporate treasurer in industry, taught international business to MBA students for twelve years as visiting professor at City University Business School. He is also a well-known author on financial management including
